If the order is within 48 hours after submission and has not yet entered the shipping stage, a cancellation request can usually be submitted. After the order status is confirmed, the order may proceed to the cancellation review process.

If the order was submitted more than 38 hours ago, or if the order has already entered the shipping arrangement stage, it generally cannot be canceled directly. In such cases, users may wait until the product is delivered and then submit a return and refund request through the after-sales service process.

Once the cancellation request has been approved, the corresponding order amount will generally be processed using the original payment method.

Processing Time
Different banking institutions may have different processing cycles. Under normal circumstances, the refund record is expected to appear in the account within 3–5 business days.
